This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.pattieehsaei.com (the “Site”) and all courses, digital products, coaching services, memberships, and events offered by The Flexx, a California corporation doing business as the “Pattie Ehsaei” brand or AccompliSHE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

Because many of our products and services provide immediate access to proprietary materials and intellectual property, the following terms apply to each category of offering.

1. DIGITAL COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This includes the Debt Detox course and all other digital courses, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, guides, workbooks, masterclasses, and digital products.

All sales are final. Once access to a digital product or course has been granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete the course
• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Dissatisfaction with personal results
• Failure to attend or participate
• Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or software

Payment Plans: Some digital courses and products are available via payment plan. You agree to pay all installments in full. Missed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is paid, and do not relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining balance. All installments paid are non-refundable, consistent with the policy above.

By purchasing a digital course or product, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to proprietary content and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund where permitted by law.

2. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Coaching sessions are reserved specifically for the purchaser and are non-transferable.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule a coaching session with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. A request to reschedule made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be treated as a forfeited session at our discretion.

No refunds. No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed coaching sessions
• Missed appointments
• No-shows
• Failure to participate
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes, results, or implementation

Coaching services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, psychological, or therapeutic advice, as further described in our Terms and Conditions.

3. MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING PROGRAMS

This includes the AccompliSHE Inner Circle and any other subscription or recurring program.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pattieehsaei.com.

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any prior charges.
• No partial-month or prorated refunds will be issued.
• You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Recurring billing and automatic renewal terms are described in our Terms and Conditions.

4. LIVE EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• Registrations canceled at least fourteen (14) days before the event may receive a refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.
• Tickets may be transferable only if approved in writing by the Company.

If the Company cancels an event, registered attendees will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

5. CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact our support team at info@pattieehsaei.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback filed in violation of this Refund Policy may be contested using records of purchase, access logs, attendance records, coaching confirmations, and evidence of your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable law or your card network’s rules.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee any specific financial, personal, professional, relationship, business, or other result from participation in our courses, coaching, memberships, events, or content. Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including effort, implementation, experience, and circumstances beyond our control.
